Associate Attorney Position
We are seeking an associate attorney to join our legal team. We are an insurance recovery firm – we represent policyholders in disputes and bad faith insurance litigation against insurance companies. If you are interested in practicing in the bad faith arena and litigation energizes you – we may be a good fit. Our office is in Campbell, but we are open to remote or hybrid work for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in all phases of litigation, especially motion practice and discovery. Being a strong writer is a must. This role requires excellent research and writing skills. The Associate Attorney will work closely with senior attorneys and will have a great deal of hands-on experience with writing and arguing motions, drafting and responding to discovery, drafting coverage correspondence, and interfacing with clients and opposing counsel. This attorney will have the opportunity to learn from and be mentored by some of the most experienced insurance law practitioners in the state.
Requirements:
- Active California State Bar License
- 1-6 years of litigation experience. Insurance coverage experience is not required.
- Yearly salary range from $100,000 to $150,000
- Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, and 401 (k) offered
